3.GINGER GARLIC 10GM
4.GARAM MASALA 5GM
5.WHITE PEPPER POWDER 5GM

Cut boneless chiken breast and legs into tikka size and marinate with ginger/garlic paste, garam masala, with pepper powder and salt. Make a mixture of fresh cream and finely grated cheese and add to marinated chicken. Keep for about 4-5 hours and cook clay oven.
