CHICKEN JAIPURI

Ingredients
Chicken             1    kg
Onions             250 gm
Cream              100 gm
Ginger               50  gm
Garlic                50   gm
Turmeric           25  gm
Cumin powder   5   gm
Fennel (Saunf)   2   gm
Green coriander 5   gm
Garam masala   1    gm
Cloves,                5
Chilli powder      5      gm
Salt                   to test

Method
1. Clean and cut chicken into small pieces. 2. Grind together onions,
ginger, garlic, turmeric, cumin powder, fennel and chilli powder to a
smooth paste. 3. Apply 14th of the masala to chicken and set aside.
4. Heat oil, add garam masala and ground masala. Fry well till oil
separates. 5. Add chopped tomatoes and fry well, then add chicken with
sufficient water to cook it. When chicken is cooked, add chopped green
